Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — your rights
Under the ACL, consumers have non‑excludable guarantees for goods supplied in trade or commerce. This includes guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match descriptions and sample, and that spare parts and repair facilities will be available.
Where a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or compensation for consequential loss. For minor failures, we will repair the product within a reasonable time.

Returns, refunds and warranty
Our returns policy complements your ACL rights. If you receive faulty goods, contact us promptly with order details and photos. For faults reported within the warranty period we will repair or replace the item, or provide a refund where appropriate.
Non-faulty change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion, subject to return shipping, restocking fees, and original packaging condition.

Shipping, GST and title
We ship across Australia via national carriers. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times and tracking are provided at checkout. Title to products passes to you on full payment, except where law provides otherwise.
All prices displayed include GST where applicable; specific invoices will show GST components for GST-registered businesses.
